Does anyone here have experience purchasing notes? I have gone to TLFolio.com a few times but there aren't any active listings (Or maybe they are just getting scooped up to quickly). In any case I would love to chat with anyone who has had experience on the purchasing side.

In addition to these... Rocketlawyer.com I also use FileMaker and have developed a custom database for tracking properties, automating my mailing, and doing due diligence

I only have an LLC setup in the state in which I reside (California). Setting up a network of LLC's under a parent LLC seems like too much.
